If you have a loved one who is incarcerated and are finding it hard to cope with the situation, you will be comforted in knowing that you are not alone.
Life becomes more difficult and stressful for family and friends when a loved one becomes incarcerated. Relationships and responsibilities can become strained, and the dynamics within the family often change dramatically.
The PFA Support Group provides a safe, non-judgmental place where those in similar situations can connect with each another. It provides compassion, support and information to family members during their very difficult times.
The Prison Families Anonymous Support Group meets as follows: In Suffolk County, the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening of every month starting at 7:30 PM; In Nassau County, the 1st Tuesday evening of every month starting at 7:30 PM; and in Manhattan, on every other Monday at 6:00 PM (See Calendar).
